Forestry Corporation
Forestry Corporation's vision is for Guulabaa was to create an award-winning forest-based tourism precinct encompassing nature-based visitor experiences focusing on Koala conservation & breeding; sustainable forest management; native timber as showcased; Traditional Aboriginal practices including forest management & culture; treetop adventures; and education, including Planet Ark messaging (low carbon footprint).

Wildnets
WildNets vision for Guulabaa is to support koala conservation and rehabilitation through unique, exciting and eco-friendly activities. WildNets aim to participate in the community’s well-being while fostering educational experiences of the beautiful natural environment. WildNets offer visitors a unique treetop experience where visitors gain a whole new sense of gravity bouncing from room to room, discovering a variety of games. Visitors can choose their level of interaction, from relaxation to thrillseeker. No equipment needed.
Koala Conservation Australia

Koala Conservation Australia's vision is to be a leader in the conservation of wild Koalas by:
- Creating the first ever conservation breeding facility for Koalas for return to the wild;
- Focusing on the visitor experience and maximizing the feeling of being within a forest;
- Focusing on being an iconic tourism destination and being an ecologically sustainable development with renewable resources, sustainability and a low carbon footprint.
Koala Conservation Australia will operate the world’s first wild koala breeding centre where you can see Koalas first-hand, understand and learn about these amazing creatures whilst supporting local conservation efforts too. The Koala breeding program is a joint project of Koala Conservation Australia with the Taronga Conservation Society and the Australian Museum.
BunyaH Local
Aboriginal Land Council
Bunyah Local Aboriginal Land Council’s vision is to showcase the Aboriginal Culture and Heritage of the Biripi people, sharing knowledge of the land and how we can have a sustainable ecosystem by showing ways in which this can be performed. Bunyah’s vision is for their ventures to being employment and training for local Aboriginal people.

Bunyah Café at The Hub offers refreshments for visitors to Guulabaa. Whether you’ve worked up a thirst from bouncing at WildNets, need a coffee after your drive, or just want to sit back, relax on the main deck and enjoy the forest canopy, Bunyah Café is here to help!

Hello Koalas Sculpture trail
The Big Koala, part of Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail, is located at Guulabaa. At 2.5 metres high and painted by local artists Pauline Roods, The Big Koala is an iconic landmark, greeting visitors as they enter form the carpark. A great spot for a happy-snap too!
Guulabaa
Guulabaa picnic area is a grassed area adjacent to the main carpark. Bring your picnic blanket or camp chairs and enjoy a picnic within beautiful Cowarra State Forest. Free-to-use.
OPENING SOON – WATCH THIS SPACE
There are Walking Tracks on site for visitors to further explore Cowarra State Forest. Showcasing forest management from Traditional Owner land management to modern forestry, walking tracks are easy-grade and offer interesting features along the way. From the historical forestry build on the timber walking bridge, to modern interpretation on Biripi culture, nature and sustainability, Guulabaa’s walking tracks are free-to-use and available to all visitors.

Travelling from the south
Take the Oxley Highway exit off the Pacific Highway and travel towards Wauchope.
Take the left hand turn into Burrawan Forest Drive.
Guulabaa way is a signposted right-hand turn off Burrawan Forest Way.
Look for the entrance to Guulabaa – Place of Koala on your right.
Travelling from the north
